Contact us and schedule a free estimate. We will visit your home to talk about your remodeling ideas and make an in-person assessment on the work to be done. 

Our estimator will create a proposal for you that includes a scope of work, the total cost of your project, and the duration of the project.

Once you accept the proposal, we will prepare a written home improvement contract. Before signing, you will have the opportunity to review all project specifications, requirements, the timeline, and payment details. After signing, we require a deposit of $1,000 or 10% of a project cost (whichever is less).

We will assist you in selecting, purchasing, and scheduling the delivery of materials from trusted local suppliers for your project. Also, we can offer a special contractor discount from some vendors on products like tiles, counters, finish appliances. Typically discounts range between 10% - 20%.

When all the paper work, designs, building permits, and materials are ready we can start remodeling your home. Construction projects often experience delays (mostly due to the plans approval by a local building department, and inspection schedule), but timely performance is essential to us from start to finish.
